The achievements of the Karachi Metro Lions Club have been many, but they have all been aimed at one target; to help the needy of our community.

We have also contributed to Lionism in Pakistan by forming eight Leo Clubs, and one Lions Club.

An "Industrial Home for Women" was established at Malir Extension. A good number of needy girls were trained in the art of tailoring. Most of these girls have been employed in the garment industry and have a better source of livelihood.

Our Lions and Leos regularly visit the Orphanage and Handicapped Houses- Darul Sukoon and Broken Home.

The Metro Lions Hospital at Metroville No.1,Orangi, Karachi,is our greatest project. More information about this project is available on the History page.

In the month of Ramazan a "Ramzan Project" takes place. In this project approximately 200 packages containing food supplies for 5 persons, are distributed to the needy. Scholarships are provided to children who do not have the resources for basic education.

We the Lions are pledged to make the best efforts to bring happiness in the lives of the less fortunate and at the same time try to minimise the pain of suffering Humanity. May Allah Bless more and more people to be Lions or be like Lions.
